I moved into the area from Fairfax City and I have been going to De Rouge Salon in Winchester for 4 years.  It is an Aveda Salon and truly lives up to the Aveda reputation of incredible talent, professional service, and quality in every way.  From Hair care (includes cuts and color!) eyebrow waxing, facials, etc. I’ve done it all!  I always go away feeling like a million dollars.  The staff makes me feel like “part of the family”.  De Rouge never lets me down.  I HIGHLY recommend this salon to all.

03 Dec 2025:  I just wanted to update my review of De Rouge Salon & Skincare as it's been a few years.  As always, at my recent visit I felt completely at "home" at De Rouge.  Daniel gave me honest advice and took plenty of time to review my options.  No pressure.  His expertise, precision, and knowledge were clearly reflected in his "art".  I felt completely relaxed and left my appointment feeling great.  Daniel could have made more money with my appointment but consideration and honesty towards his customers come first. I had an amazing experience with Daniel! I got a haircut and highlights, and he did such an incredible job. I absolutely love how everything turned out - the highlights look beautiful and natural. The salon is very neat, clean and pleasant. Daniel does a fantastic job. I’ve been going to his salon for about six years now. Extremely happy and very impressed with his work. He definitely is the best hairstylist that I’ve ever been to. It’s difficult to find someone with his hairstyling talent. You will be extremely pleased. Highly recommend De Rouge Salon. Best haircut you’ll ever get. One additional note, he only uses the best hair products, so when he’s done your hair will not only look great but you will feel great as well.
